Agreement
These terms apply to Just Morse at justmorse.com and any pages we publish under that site. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
The service
Just Morse provides a free Morse code translator, audio and light signaling, a reference chart, popular-phrase pages, and optional lessons. The translator runs in your browser. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and features may change as we improve the site.
Morse output is generated for learning and everyday use. It is not a substitute for licensed radio operation, official distress procedures, or professional communications advice. Always follow applicable laws and operating rules if you transmit Morse on the air.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Just Morse only in a lawful, respectful way. You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or overload the site
- Misrepresent Just Morse as an emergency or official communications service
- Use the translator to plan or carry out illegal activity
- Reverse-engineer or copy the site in a way that violates these terms or applicable law
Intellectual property
The Just Morse name, layout, original copy, and code are owned by us or used under license. You may use the translator and copy Morse output for personal, educational, or other lawful purposes.
You may not copy the site wholesale, present it as your own product, or remove notices that identify Just Morse, without permission.
Analytics and privacy
Translations stay on your device. We use Google Analytics to understand anonymous site usage — such as which pages are visited and basic device information. Event data we send does not include the text or Morse you type.
Cookies and related identifiers may be used for that measurement. Details, including how to opt out, are in the Privacy Policy. By using Just Morse you acknowledge that analytics may run as described there.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that translations are error-free, that audio will play on every device, or that the site will always be available.
Lesson progress stored in your browser can be lost if you clear site data or switch devices. We are not responsible for lost practice history.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Morse and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it. The service is free, so that amount is zero.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Just Morse at any time. We may also refuse or limit access if we believe these terms are being violated.
